The large patio is perfect for grilling, chilling, and catching sunsets across the lake! Located only minutes from the sandy beaches of Pleasure Point Park, and S. Toledo Bend State Park. Boaters can launch at Pleasure Point Park (approx 2 mins) away & dock at the back of the house. High-speed Starlink internet provided.
The space
We love the waterfront views from almost every room! The dock is on a calm cove peninsula that makes docking a boat easy and safe from wind and large waves. Wildlife can also be seen around the backyard and dock.

1. NO SMOKING INSIDE
2. USE CAUTION AROUND THE WATER (NO FENCES BETWEEN US AND THE LAKE)
3. Docks next door and across street are private and should not be used. All neighboring properties are monitored by security cameras.
4. We are located in a quiet neighborhood so please no loud music or parties that will disturb our neighbors.
5. Guest responsible for bringing food, supplies, seasonings, etc. Clean up of cookware, dishes, and grill are required when checking out.
6. No Pets Allowed.
*Host reserves the back guest bedroom closet, hall closet, bottom corner kitchen cabinet, and the outdoor shed for our belongings.
